Ingredients and testing

How do I know which form of an ingredient is in the product?

Because we print it. Where the form changes how something behaves, it is named on the front of the label and in the supplement facts panel: ubiquinol rather than generic CoQ10, magnesium glycinate rather than oxide, Type I and III collagen rather than just collagen.

Two supplements can share a name and behave nothing alike, so the specific form is usually the part worth paying for.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes, every batch. Finished batches go to an independent lab for identity, potency and contaminant testing before anything ships. Raw materials are also qualified against a certificate of analysis before they enter production.

Can I get the certificate of analysis for my bottle?

Yes. Every bottle is batch-coded and dated at fill, so we can pull the record for your specific production run.

Send us the batch code printed on your label through the contact form and choose the certificate option. Without the code we cannot identify the right document.

Are your products non-GMO and gluten-free?

We use non-GMO, gluten-free forms across the range, and vegetable capsules rather than gelatin where a product is encapsulated. Individual allergen information is listed on each product page.

Where are they manufactured?

In the USA. If you want to know which facility produced a particular batch, ask us and we will tell you.

Do you use fillers, binders or artificial colours?

No unnecessary binders, flow agents or bulking material. Where a product is flavoured it is naturally flavoured, and the full ingredient list is on the product page before you buy rather than only on the bottle after.

Choosing and taking

I have never taken supplements. Where should I start?

Honestly, with the parts that are free. Sleep, protein intake and a training routine you actually keep to will outperform any supplement stack, and nothing here substitutes for them.

If those are in place and you want a starting point, most people begin with the daily foundations: magnesium, omega-3, and creatine if you train. Add one thing at a time so you can tell what is doing what.

Can I take several of these together?

Generally yes, and most people do. Collagen in the morning, creatine whenever, magnesium in the evening is a common pattern.

The exception is if you take prescription medication or have a health condition, in which case check with your doctor or pharmacist first rather than us. We can tell you what is in a product. We cannot tell you whether it suits your situation.

Does creatine timing matter? Do I need to load?

Timing matters far less than consistency. Five grams a day, taken whenever suits you, is the whole protocol.

Loading with roughly 20g a day for the first week saturates muscle creatine faster, but taking 5g daily gets you to the same place in three to four weeks. Loading is a speed choice, not an efficacy one, and it is when people most often report stomach discomfort.

How long before I notice anything?

It depends entirely on what you took. Electrolytes and caffeine you may notice the same day. Creatine takes a few weeks to saturate. Collagen studies that show effects generally run eight to twelve weeks of daily use. Omega-3, magnesium and CoQ10 are not really things you feel at all, which is the point of them.

Anyone promising visible results in a fortnight is selling.

Safety

Can I take these with prescription medication?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist, not us. Some genuine interactions exist, and they depend on the specific drug and dose.

Bring the full supplement facts panel to that conversation. It is on every product page, so you can show them exactly what is in the bottle.

Are these safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

That is a conversation for the provider already managing your care, and we are not going to answer it for you. Nutritional needs change during pregnancy and some ingredients are not appropriate.

Viara Labs and the check-in

What is the check-in?

Eight questions about what you are working on. At the end it tells you honestly whether talking to a licensed provider is a sensible next step, including when it is not. Some answers route you back to the basics instead of to a consult.

Is anything I enter in the check-in stored?

No. It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is saved, stored, transmitted to us, or kept after you close the page. That is deliberate, because health information should not sit in a shop database.

Can you tell me what to take for a specific health condition?

No. We can tell you what is in a product and why we chose that form. Whether it is appropriate for your health situation is a question for a licensed provider, and we will not try to answer it over email.
