Where your order is, what it costs to get it to you, and how long it takes.

Rates

Timing

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are packed the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day. Once it ships, expect 3–6 business days in transit depending on how far it has to travel.

We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays. An order placed Friday afternoon leaves Monday.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email the moment a label is created. If the tracking has not moved in 48 hours, that usually means the carrier has not scanned it yet rather than that something is wrong — but tell us anyway and we will chase it.

Where we ship

United States only for now, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are not shipping internationally yet.

If something goes wrong

Package arrives damaged, arrives short, or is marked delivered and is not there — contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will replace it or refund it. A photo helps for damage claims. We do not make you fight the carrier; that is our job.

Wrong address

If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address. Reshipping is at our cost the first time.
